Supervises Medical Information Contact Center consultants day to day activities such as reviewing hours worked, evaluating and distributing work load, quality review of calls and time spent on calls, reviews weekly metrics, meets regularly one on one with consultants.
Position Responsibilities
Provides product information support within the Medical Information Contact Center, Medical Information Dept. for Company products as needed.
Individual will be responsible for providing information to both health care practitioners and patients as needed.

Ability to communicate on professional level with physici! ans, nurses, pharmacists, and other professional staff when discussing products.
As part of Medical Information team, the individual will be responsible for the assuring of complete and balanced medical information for Company products and evaluating responses given by subordinates.
General knowledge of information technology and integrates potential applications to assess medical information delivery.
When necessary, captures and reports adverse event and product quality complaints to Global Pharmacovigilance.
Updates and ensures compliance to medical information standard work practices and procedures.
Position Requirements
Individual must have appropriate training and sensitivity to legal and regulatory issues for medical information. Pharm. D., with a minimum of 3-5 years pharmaceutical industry experience in medical information or medically related responsibilities.
