shifts. The Assistant Nurse Manager will provide leadership by collaborating with members of the health
care team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Participates in
organizational and unit based quality improvement activities, and provide input on standards of care.
Able to provide patient care when needed, remains competent in clinical skills as demonstrated by w! eekly patient care shift assignments.
Qualifications !
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Valid RN/NJ License
BLS (Basic Life Support) certified
With 2-4 years experience in ER, including charge nurse experience, supervisory experience a plus
