Under the direction of a qualified physician, the Radiological RN will utilize a varied range of nursing skills to provide opti! mum patient care. The candidate is responsible for assessment, communication, teaching, care and management of patients. May perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
[Minimum education]
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
[Desired education]
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. BSN is required within five years of hire.
[Minimum work experience]
Two years critical care or invasive cardiology RN experience required
[Desired work experience]
Radiology, Emergency Room or Cath Lab experience preferred. National certification preferred.
[Required licenses/certifications]
Current license as Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey. ACLS, BLS and I.V. certification.
