Twin Oaks Community Services is currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our Adult Outpatient Program. AOP provides medication monitoring for Burlingt! on County residents with a persistent mental illness. Treatment includes psychiatric evaluations as needed and medication education and counseling.

The candidate must have medication administration and knowledge of interactions; have crisis intervention skills; have psycho-social skills; and have medical assessment skills.

Under the direct supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Registered Nurse is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Managing a caseload of 60+ outpatient consumers
• Develop and implement treatment and discharge planning for AOP consumers
• Administer oral/instramuscular medications to all Adult consumers as needed
• Mar documentation and proper storage and inventory of PRN and instramuscular
• Clozaril maintenance
• Oversee laboratory services
• Provide medication education for AOP consumers and weekly groups for Adult Partial Care Consumers
• Maintain qu! arterly outcomes and monthly statistical reports
• Coll! aborate with outside treatment providers on behalf of AOP consumers;
