Position Responsibilities
- Investigates, sets reserves, obtains authority for and pays workers' compensation losses commensurate with client instructions
- works with medical management, rehab vendors, excess carriers and defense counsel
- Attends client meetings as assigned by the supervisor; assigns G.O.T.C.H.A. calls as the file dictates;
- Complies with all company mandates and Best Practices and other duties specified by the supervisor.
- Handles a complex pending, many ! involving claim petitions.
Th! e ideal candidate must have at least 3+ years of experience handling workers' compensation claims; excellent verbal and written skills, a client services orientation and a commitment to continuing education toward an industry recognized certificate. High School diploma required, college degree preferred.
