The Registered Nurse is responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients in an acute care setting by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating! nursing care needs on individual and continuing basis of assigned patients in keeping with Meridian Health Policies and Procedures and external regulations.
Requirements:
[Minimum education]
Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing. Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or nursing diploma is required.
[Desired education]
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
[Minimum work experience]
One year nursing experience preferred.
[Desired work experience]
At least one year Medical Surgical preferred.
[Required licenses/certifications]
Current New Jersey Nursing License
(BLS) Basic Life Support
(CPR) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
IV Certification preferred
[Required skills]
Positive- can- do attitude and possess great customer service.
