The Registered Nurse is responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients in their home by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating home nursing care needs on individual and continuing basis of assigned patients in keeping with agency policies and procedures and external regulations. This part time position is a weekend position 10 hour days who will be responsible for admitting patients being discharged from facilities

Req! uirements:
[Minimum education]
Graduated from! an accredited School of Nursing, minimum one year nursing experience, one year home health preferred. Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or nursing diploma is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

[Minimum work experience]
one year med surg nursing experience in a skilled facility. New graduates not qualified for this position

Current New Jersey Nursing License
(BLS) Basic Life Support,- (CPR) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- (RN) Registered Nurse
Must have valid NJ drivers license.
