Are you someone who enjoys traveling and connecting with your patients?
The NBN Group is seeking experienced part time per diem Registered Respiratory Th! erapist (RT) (RRT) to travel to our home care patients and provide services in the home.
The Respiratory Therapist will primarily be providing direct patient care and respiratory equipment management in the home care setting in accordance with CHAP, state and departmental regulations. Responsibilities will include:
Ventilator Setup and Care (LTV and Trilogy)
Measuring patients for CPAP masks
Instructing the patient and or caregiver of proper use of equipment
Verifying proper equipment function before leaving the patients home
Collecting proper documentation and signatures before leaving patients home
Offering care to infants, children and adults of all ages
Maintaining knowledge of regulations and agency policies.

Requirement! s:
AA or BS in Respiratory Therapy preferred
Clinical experience in hospital or home care setting
Must have active license in the state of NJ, PA, DE
CPR Certified
Experience working with CPAP, BIPAP, ventilators, and apnea monitors a plus!
Experience with pediatrics and adults; and community involvement
Must be patient, flexible and upbeat
Excellent computer skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate with patients
