Requirements include:
Licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing
Baccalaureate Degree
2 year! s of full-time or full-time equivalent, administrative or supervisory experience in a health care facility
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
An understanding of regulatory and clinical issues
Possess operating room and management experience
Minimum 5 years management experience preferably in ASC environment with knowledge of all facility functions that relate to patient care, admitting and registration process, fiscal management, cost controls, budgeting, coordinating public relations, building physician relations, development of policy and procedures, and working closely with administrative and medical staff in marketing and patient care service functions
Experience in medical coding, billing, cash management, collections, contract maintenance, inventory management and accounts payable
Computer experience required in Microsoft products
