The Registered Nurse is responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients in a fast paced emergency department. The nurse must be able to! multi-task by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating patients care needs on an individual and continuing basis according to assigned patients in keeping with the organization policies.
Requirements:
[Minimum education]
Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing .
[Desired education]
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
[Minimum work experience]
One year emergency room experience or Med/Surg nursing experience required.
[Required licenses/certifications]
Current New Jersey Nursing License, IV certification, ACLS, BLS, PALS, required CEN & TNCC preferred.
[Required skills]
Must have excellent customer service attitude, interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette and computer skills.
