Searching for an experienced, marketing savvy New Jersey licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) to lead a wonderful 100+ bed facili! ty in the Morristown area. This facility is a stable, high private census facility. We have acquired a management contract to lead them to the next level. We need an administrator with strong administrative and financial abilities.
As an experienced self-starter, you can be a part of a unique company, who chooses its clients carefully to ensure their mission aligns with our own. This position is for the administrator who enjoys building relationships with the residents, families and staff, and also enjoys building relationships with local health care professionals and physicians. The administrator has the support of our administrative team to assist them in meeting facility goals.
