End Date: 8/26/2013Hiring Stage: Accepting Profile/Initial SubmissionCertifications: BLS,ACLS,IV CertComments/Requirements: We are seeking a 4 week contract for RN 12hr night shift for our Adult ICU unit. Our 20 bed ICU unit is a combination of CCU .MICU & SICU patients. The nurse must have a BSN, all current certifications, proof of malpractice insurance and be in possession of a current NJ RN license. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 continuous years ICU experience.
The nurse must be willing to float to our Telemetry unit if the need arises. Although this doesn't happen very often we need to make the nurse aware that he/she may be floated out to Telemetry if the census drops in ICU. Orientation is mandatory and will include training on the Mckesson electronic nursing documentation system as well as a comprehensive medication test. The exact dates for orientation will be arranged prior to start date.
