Provide psycho-education to families in home
Teach parenting skills
Interface with Division of Child Protectio! n and Permanency (DCP&P)
Conduct family team meetings
Case management/coordination
Requirements:
BA/BS.
Driver’s license.
Candidate must show an ability to effectively communicate and provide psycho-education as well as case management skills.
Candidate should also be able to safely drive and transport clients to and from community programs as well as manage multiple tasks.
Candidate needs to be flexible around clients’ schedules.
