Job Title : Clinical System''s Trainer
Location : Bridgeton, NJ

Full Requirement : Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. This position is responsible for delivering clinical systems classroom training. This position will contribute to the learning experience of students, provide hands-on learning opportunities, attend train-the-trainer sessions, maintain classroom training administration records, and provide go-live support for clinicians on the clinical systems.

Experience in delivering professional education programs in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills required. Strong customer service orientation coupled with strong interpersonal/relationship building skills required. Experience working with and supporting other clinicians in the use of clinical applications such as Soarian Clinicals preferred.

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse preferred. May be required to sit for long periods of time to operate computer application May be required to stand for l! ong periods of time to deliver training.May be required to dri! ve between hospitals and satellite units
