The Clinical Outcomes Manager will be a Clinical Educator for the Perioperative Area and is responsible for:

• Assessing, promoting and contributing to the quality of nursing care administered to patients and their support systems throughout the health illness continuum.
• Providing clinical leadership through advanced practice role modeling and professional communication.
• Specializing in nursing practice includes in-depth graduate study of relevant theories and scientific knowledge related to a select patient population, which promotes the ability to analyze and refine nursing practice and to generate nursing knowledge.
• Implementing the plan, to supervise and educate others with the implementation and assess its effectiveness.
• Performing the roles of expert clinician, educator and researcher based on focal priorities, clinical manager.
• Assisting as adjunct faculty for local colleges for the nursing programs.
