The technician provides direct care to a defined group of patients under the supervision of a licensed nurse and has the ability to perform technical procedure! s regarding obtaining lab specimens correctly and efficiently. The technician also maintains excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification required
Patient care background, knowledge of medical terminology and computers preferred.
