We are looking for someone who will be responsible for helping the team identify and qualify opportunities and to demonstrate technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

As a Pre-sales Support Engineer you will...
- Work closely with New business and existing customer teams to understand customer requirements and to demonstrate technical solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Collaborate with the product management team to understand the product roadmap and to provide input on new features and enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and competitive offerings.
- Support the sales teams in deal-closing activities by providing technical expertise, answering questions, and resolving technical issues.
Professionally you are...
- Customer-focused and comfortable taking the lead and presenting to stakeholders, customers and partners.
- You have great collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and departments within the organization
- Experience with either Digital Asset Management or CMS systems, and advanced system knowledge
- You have the ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- You have experience working and selling complex IT solutions
- You have a good understanding of API and integrations
- You have a good understanding of Basic Programming concepts like data types, variables, conditional statement loops function classes
- Good communication skills and fluency in English
