General Manager
We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to join our Team in The Briar Rose Bar & Grill in Cork
Main Responsibilities:
- Working with the Management Team and Owner to oversee the daily operation of the food & beverage department
- To help train, lead and motivate your team to optimise customer engagement, ensuring all visitors experience an authentic taste.
- Maintain HACCP standards.
- Key Holder (Opening and Closing)
- Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Overseeing end-of-shift cleaning.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food, beverage, wine and cocktails
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver high standards and consistency at all times.
- Ability to Manage Lead and Delegate to your team
