The ICUs at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital are dynamic and fast-paced clinical environments. As part of a care delivery team, our Cri tical Care Registered Nurses are essential to assure safe, compassionate and competent care to all critical care patients. In order to grow and develop Critical Care Registered Nurses, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital will hold a Critical Care Training Program. This program consists of didactic education and clinical preceptorship designed to build confidence in clinical practice. Registered Nurses interested in joining this Program should be prepared to work in a fast-paced & physically demanding environment. Critical thinking and strong ability to prioritize is required. Individuals selected for the Program will need to complete a Critical Care Training program agreement. This agreement will be reviewed with applicants during the interview process.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of acute RN experience required.
ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association required.
Active, valid NJ Regi stered Nurse license required.
ASN or nursing diploma required. BSN is strongly preferred. If candidate possesses ASN or nursing diploma, he/she must agree to complete their BSN within five years of hire date.
All internal candidates will be reviewed for transfer eligibility.
