Description: N.J.S.A. is at the momment seeking for RN/HR BUSINESS PARTNER right now, this position will be placed in New Jersey. In this role, you’ll build a bridge between top management the clinical team, translate business strategies into HR priorities, and ensure both organizational and nurses’ needs are met. Serve as an employee champion and change agent, plan and strategize policies and programs, maintain open lines of communication, solve problems and handle employee relations issues with a supportive team. Workforce management, recruitment, work process improvement, performance management, and guiding organizational policies will all be part of your ongoing effort to ensure alignment with objectives! , trends and changing demands.
Job Requirements
Beyond business sense and a flexible nature, we need strong communication, listening, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Candidate will have a degree in Nursing or comparable field, a strategic mindset, and a high degree of motivation, 5+ years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR and/or Nursing are required; a master’s degree, NJ RN license, and PHR or SPHR credentials are all strongly preferred.
