Clinical Nurse Manager needed immediately for Union, NJ Adult Home Care office.

We are seeking a Bilingual Clinical Nurse Mana! ger for our Union, NJ home care office, which provides assisti! ve care for clients in Union County. Our ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish. This managerial role is ideal for someone desiring one-on-one patient contact and staff mentoring.
Responsibilities:
Open new assistive care cases throughout Union County.
Develop care plans.
Conduct re-assessments and update care plans as needed.
Mentor and develop HHAs.
Conduct supervisory visits.
Review documentation.
Conduct new hire orientations for field staff.
This role includes responsibilities in both the field and office setting.
Qualifications:
Current NJ RN license in good standing.
Minimum two years recent, hands-on clinical experience.
Recent med/surg experience preferred.
Prior home care experience a plus but not required.
Strong assessment and organizational skills.
Prior supervisory experience (clinical oversight, recruitment, competency evaluations, etc.) a plus.
