RN, Nurse Educator, Shrewsbury NJ
Our Shrewsbury, NJ office, servicing pediatric clients throughout Monmouth County, is seeking an experienced pediatric RN to join the team as a Clinical Educator. If you are passionate about educating and mentoring other clinicians, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
Clinical Educators at BAYADA assist field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and proced! ures. You will be accountable for evaluating and developing fi! eld staff. Focused on the clinical competency of your staff as well as creating a warm, organized and welcoming office grounded in customer service, you will set the tone for your team’s success.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, with an "all hands on deck" attitude.
Qualifications:
Current NJ RN license in good standing
Recent high tech pediatric trach/vent experience
IV experience required
Prior home care experience
Ability to cover on call (triage) every third week
Ability to think on your feet and prioritize
Passion for teaching and mentoring others
