RN/LPN Pediatric Homecare Nurses Needed in Ocean and Middlesex Counties. The RN/LPN is a member of the health care team who provides effective and efficient care in accordance with applicable law and regulations, accepted standards of nursing practice a! nd Star Agency's policies and procedures.

We offer pediatric training and precepting to those nurses without peds experience through our Star Ed program.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 1 year previous health care experience. Experienced Pediatric Nurses are highly desired!!!! Trach/Vent/GT experience a PLUS!!! Previous Homecare exp. a PLUS!!!
The RN must have:
-A current NJ RN license
-The ability to write legibly and effectively communicate with all levels of the healthcare team
-CPR (Health Care Provider)
-Ph! ysical within the last 12 months
-PPD within the last 12 m! onths (2 step) or CXR with history of positive ppd
-Rubella/Rubeola Titers or proof of MMR
-2 forms of ID
-Diploma/Verification of Education Document
