Central Jersey College Prep Charter School seeks a highly qualified and engaging school nurse.Successful candidate should possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, triage health related issues, and emergencies for students and staff all while being organized.Using the nursing process, the school nurse collaborates with the parent/guardian and the student when appropriate, to develop and implement an individualized health care plan for the student. The school nurse promotes wellness for all members of the school community through staff development activities, health class! es, newsletters/fliers, and parent trainings. Candidates who d! emonstrate clear communication, engage in positive collaborations, and manage sensitive and confidential information with care are highly desired. Experience completing mandated screenings, monitoring compliance of immunization and health records is required.
Candidates must be School Registered Nurse in NJ.
