Pediatrician - (Pediatrics - Peds - Pedi) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 09/03/2013Available Shifts: 8 Hour/Day
Board Eligible or Board Certified Pediatrician needed in a New Jersey outpatient clinic starting in September. This job opportunity offers a Mon-Saturday part-time schedule. The provider must be well-versed in a Pediatric outpatient setting.
A pediatrician(locum tenens) manages the well being and health of children from infancy through 21! years. They work to care for and manage acute and chronic ill! ness, provide general care, focus on reducing infant and child mortality, and help with the early care and detection of child and adolescent disorders. A pediatrician diagnoses and treats illness, injury, malignancies, genetic defects, and organic dysfunctions and disease.

SPECIALTY: Pediatrician (Outpatient)
CERTIFICATIONS: BE/BC, DEA
DATES: 09/03 - 09/07 (May extend)
SCHEDULE: Sept 3rd & 5th: 5p-6p
Sept 4th & 6th: 9a-6p
Sept 7th: 9a-3p
DESCRIPTION: NJ licensed Pediatrician needed. The average age is newborn to 19 years old. There is 90% scheduled patients seen, 6-8 patients per hour. Typical Cases Seen: Majority of the visits is back to school physicals, some Sick & Follow up visits. Support Staff: 4 x MA's, and office staff. EMR Charting: office practicum
