BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a pediat! ric nurse to fill the position of part time RN, Clinical Associate for our Lawrenceville, NJ pediatric home care office, servicing clients in Mercer County. We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic team player who aspires to grow professionally and eventually assume more responsibility within BAYADA. Demonstrated success in the role of Clinical Associate will provide the chance to be considered for advancement to other managerial positions such as Clinical Manager.
The ideal candidate will be able to work 3 full days (24 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
The RN, Clinical Associate will work under the guidance of a Clinical Manager. Specific responsibilities include:
Learning to conduct initial assessments and re-assessments of pediatric clients.
Mentoring and development of field staff.
Addressing/supporting clinical concerns of families.
Supervisory visits to observe clinical proficiencies while with a client.
Givin! g and reading PPDs.
Reviewing documention.
Following u! p with physicians for orders.
Qualifications:
Current NJ RN license in good standing.
Minimum 3 years recent, verifiable high-tech pediatric clinical experience.
Recent trach/vent experience required.
Strong assessment and organizational skills.
Ability travel within Mercer county.
