If you are detail-oriented person with a Bachelors, Associates, or technical degree in a computer-related path and certifications in A+, ITIL, and Microsoft, we need you to help create and maintain enterprise-wide IT help desk functions and procedures. Bergen Regional uses a real-time process that reports and captures a problem, routes and assigns it to support personnel, records the step(s) taken to identify and resolve the problem ending in successfully closing the ticket with the end-user's approval.
You will help identify chronic problems and opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will collect data on all installed applications and inventory control to speed up the resolution process and improve satisfaction. The Help Desk Analyst also provides training to operations and other IT support staff. Applicants with ! appropriate work experience in a Service DeskOperations enviro! nment are preferred those with Customer Service experience and general computer operation knowledge will also be reviewed.
