Description: Atlantic Health System is at the momment seeking for Nursing Assistant right now, this vacancy will be placed in New Jersey. AHS is seeking candidate for a full time Nursing Assistant position in the Jefferson 4 Med/Renal/Remote Telemetry Unit. Shift is 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and include every other week! end. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide certification or nursing student is strongly preferred.
Completion of some medical terminology courses required. Candidate must be willing to learn computerized patient documentation system. BLS certification is preferred. Canidate's responsibilities include; assisting patients with ADL's, bed baths, ambulation, feeding and performing dressing changes; cleaning and storing patient equipment, running for patient care items and assisting with bed side procedures as assigned by the RN.
