As a member of the MICU team respond to patients in the community requiring pre-hospital Advanced Life Support Services. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with two years Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance experience.
NJ State Certified Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic or Mobile Intensive Care Nurse. BLS (Healthcare Provider Level), ACLS and PALS. Valid driver’s license. ICS-100/200 and NIMS-700/800; NJ Hazmat Awareness (Level I).
Preferred qualifications:
one year pre-hospital Advanced Life Support (ALS) experience
Prehospital Trauma Life Support-Advanced (PHTLS-Advanced)
International Trauma Life Support-Advanced (ITLS-Advanced)
Hazmat EMS Operations
Coaching the Emergency Vehicle Operator (CEVO)
Emergency Vehicle Operator's Course (EVOC)
