Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN)â€" IV Team is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and e! valuating the delivery of care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.

Minimum Requirements

• NJ Licensed RN
• Chemotherapy, BLS & IV certifications
• PICC Certification must be obtained within 1 year
• 1 year Med Surg experience in a hospital setting
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and medical terminology
• Intermediate computer skills, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift, push and pull

Preferred Skills and Experience

• BSN
• Vascular access experience
