RN License (NJ)
1 year of experience in an acute care setting
Position Summary: Responsible fo! r the direction and supervision of Nursing Services throughout the hospital on evening, night and weekend shifts.
Education: Associate's Degree required (RN license required), Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience. 3-8 years preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirement: Current NJ RN License, BLS required. ACLS preferred.
Specialized Skills Requirement:
1. Ability to communicate in English, both oral and in writing
2. Ability to prioritize and delegate
3. Three (2) years of clinical practice; including med/surg/tele, and/or critical care, Emergency medicine
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Two (2) years experience in patient care management
