Description: Jersey Shore University Medical Center is at the momment seeking for PATIENT CARE ASSOCIATE [PROMPT CARE] right now, this position will be placed in New Jersey. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. The Patient Care Associate is responsible for providing direct patient care under the guidance of the nurse and/or th! e physician. S/he performs EKGs, phlebotomy, vital signs, assists with clinical procedures and needs to be physically able to lift move along with transport patients within the department and to the clinical units.
Requirements:

EMT or PCA

EMT or PCA
[Minimum work experience]
EMS, Medical/Surgical, Telemetry or Critical Care experience
[Desired work experience]
ED experience
[Required licenses/certifications]
- (BLS) Basic Life Support
- EMT preferred
- Phebotomy and EKG certified
- Positive proven interpersonal skills
- Computer skills
- Able to multi task in a dynamic environment
