We are currently seeking DUAL Certified Aides (aides with both a CHHA and CNA) for our field based positions to cover the following Counties:
WARREN COUNTY - PHILLIPSBURG
JOB SUMMARY: The HA prov! ides personal care services for the patient. The HA (CNA/CHHA) works under the clinical direction of the RN Case Manager for each patient/family. A Hospice Aide (HA) must hold a current a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and a Certified Home Health Aide certification in the State of New Jersey, according to the law governing such practice. They must practice within the scope of their respective certification.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in hospice, home health or long-term care preferred.
- Graduate of a state accredited CHHA program.
- Current NJ CHHA and CNA certification required.
- A reliable automobile (mileage is reimbursed)
- Current and unencumbered driver's license
