Position
The Roman Healthcare Group, which specializes in Infection Prevention, Quality, and Patient Safety national recruitment, is searching for an Assistant Vice President, Patient and Physician Engagement and Satisfaction that will be responsible for a 381 bed hospital and report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This position will work with leadership teams to deliver financial, clinical and service performance objectives. The Assistant Vice President will lead the development and implementation of structured programs to engage hospital staff in emerging, effective models of health care delivery, ultimately improving health care delivery and patient outcomes. Qualifications Needed
RN, Registered Nurse
Clinical Experience in an acute care facility
Master’s Degree
More than 8 years of management experience in health care
