Location: Allendale New Jersey

Further informations about this occupation opportunity please read the description below. : Brain Balance Achievement Centers seeks a goal-driven individual who is detail oriented to work as a Program Director with children who have different types of neurobehavioral disorders including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, Asperger’s and processing disorders. This position requires developing individualized programs for every Brain Balance student as well as maintaining communication with parents.

Requirements:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Carry out assessments professionally and confidently
• Meet with parents for conferences
• Interpret test results accurately
• Design each child’s individualized weekly Brain Balance regimen
• Manage, motivate and train all Sensory Motor staff

Requirements, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Solid presentation, communication, listening skills
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Excellent organization skills
• The ability to multi-task
• Ability to work with school aged children
• Flexible schedule

Candidates with sales or management experience in the following fields are

welcome:

• Chiropractor

• Psychology

• Sports Science
• Audiology
• Nursing
• Biology
• Health Science/Studies
