The NUS Monitor Tech is responsible for the written records and reports which comprise the patient's medical record for each hospital admission/visit, processes all physicians orders; maintains chart forms for nursing personnel to record their observations on patient care; files reports from ancillary departments pertaining to each patient. S/he also functions as a Monitor Tech.

Requirements:
[Minimum education]
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.

College
[Minimum work experience]
Will train. Nursing Unit Secretary (NUS) experience and/or Monitor Tech work experience is preferred.

Telemetry
Nursing unit secretary experience
[Required licenses/certifications]
Telemetry certification is required.
[Required skills]
Excellent communication, computer skills
