Our customer base consists of more than 3,000 clients throughout the Northeast. Many of our clients include hospitals, nursing homes, surgi-centers and diagnostic clinics, as well as professional, medical and dental offices. We currently operate ten production facilities and one distribution center in the Northeast. We are committed to supplying the finest quality linen and uniforms available in the market to our clients.

Job Description:
We are seeking a hard-working motivated Assistant Plant Manager, for our new state-of-the-art facility in New Brunswick, NJ.

Our Assistant Plant Managers are responsible for:

• Filling daily production requirements
• Managing a team of department supervisors and production employees
• Training new employees on proper procedures and safety policies
• Enforcing all company policy and procedures
• Managing and approving weekly production payroll

Qualifications:
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a must Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Solid work ethic 5 years of experience in manufacturing management
