The Opportunity

Joining our global marketing team and reporting into our new Senior Web Executive, we are seeking a talented Web Executive to assist with the overall operation of website content across the UK, US, and Singapore. Working cross-functionally, this will require constantly reviewing and updating website content, ensuring the latest content is put live, and tracking the performance of key areas of the site with the overall vision of ensuring exceptional digital guest experiences.


Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Ensuring the timely update of the website on a weekly basis in line with the Marketing calendars for the UK, US and Singapore.
  • Actively suggesting and actioning changes to differentiate US and SG webpages from the UK site, making the pages more relevant and applicable for the audience.
  • Walking the floor – ensuring you know what pages on the website need an update or overhaul and ensuring this work is fed into relevant teams for updating.
  • Suggesting page edits or improvements to ensure content is relevant and fits into the Marketing calendar.
  • Identify and reporting upon website issues and working to resolve them with the IT team.
  • Assisting the Senior Web Executive with special projects as needed – examples being new product launches, SEO improvements or overhauling sections of the website.

Reporting into our UK based Senior Web Executive, you will also have the initiative, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively work across markets, in addition to the attention to detail and problem-solving skills to effectively identify issues, solutions, or opportunities, and work them through to realisation.

Other attributes and qualities that will assist in your application include:

  • Content Management System (CMS) experience, ideally Sitecore or a similar headless CMS (although this is not essential)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to in-house systems and applications
  • Ability to manage several projects at once as well as competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • Deadline oriented and highly organised
  • Basic HTML Knowledge
  • Basic Photoshop knowledge
  • Basic SEO knowledge

Location

We aim to find a candidate who can work from our new office in Manhattan New York at least 3 days a week. However, we are also open to considering candidates working remotely from the wider East Coast, with specific preference shown to those located in either New York or Boston.
