DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Facilitates training to support company initiatives and objectives within CS, NMI and other internal groups.
- Creates, revises, and facilitates the CS New Hire training for CS Network based on various data inputs.
- Provides feedback and recommendations on the effectiveness of training materials.
- Coordinates training logistics and manages classroom activities.
- Collaborates with CS personnel and relevant stakeholders to create effective materials.
- Supports vendor partner call center training.
- Ensures all training KPIs are met for each new hire cycle.
- Creates and designs training materials related to basic Consumer Service needs, with moderate complexity.
- Maintains inventory of training supplies and materials.
- May provide project or customer-facing support as needed.
SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS:
- One to Three years of training experience preferred, including stand-up presentation, facilitation, and material creation.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of adult learning.
- Strong understanding of training concepts, practices and procedures.
- Excellent English, grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Work, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to capture, process and integrate graphic images.
- Ability to conduct training assessments.
- Ability to stand and present for extended periods over several days
- Schedule flexibility may be required to meet business needs, including working non-traditional schedule during Peaks/Launches, other variation in shifts and holidays
- Ability to perform consistent work on a PC
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
- Ability to effectively move about an office campus
- Ability to interact with others
- Ability to work in an environment with moderate levels of stress
** This is a CONTRACT position
This contract position has a base pay range of $28 - $40 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms.
